Login Issues

To retrieve your new password, click on the Forgot Username And/Or Password?link, and proceed to submit the email address you used to register your account.

If you have problems logging in please try clicking the Forgot Username And/Or Password?link, and proceed to enter your email. You should then receive an email with your login details. Remember to check your junk/SPAM folder for the email. Also note that the password field is case-sensitive.

Player crashes

If the player stops playing, and you start receiving some errors, we suggest the following:

• If you are using Internet Explorer(IE), and you receive a runtime error(as explained here), you may need to reset your IE settings. To reset, please click here for instructions.
• Try clearing your cache and refreshing your browser
• Make sure you have the latest version of Flash. The following link let's you know your current version as well as what is the latest version: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
• Update your browser and make sure you have the latest version. Also try different browsers(i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari) just to see if you encounter the same issue.
