Mumford & Sons drop video for Chris Stapleton collab ‘Here’ featuring star-studded cast

Mumford & Sons have premiered a star-studded music video for their latest track “Here.”

The cinematic visual features a rare ensemble of high-profile actors, with Paul Dano, Shailene Woodley, and Oscar Isaac making prominent appearances alongside front-man Marcus Mumford. Directed by Bradley J. Calder, the video follows the actors as they compete for a role while bandmates Ben Lovett and Ted Dwane play the part of discerning judges, adding a humorous twist to the song.

The video release follows a busy stretch for the British folk-rock group, which recently shared an alternate Apple Music Sessions version of “Here” featuring Sierra Ferrell. The original recording includes Chris Stapleton and appears on Prizefighter, the band’s latest studio effort, co-written and co-produced with Aaron Dessner of The National. The album also features collaborations with Hozier, Gracie Abrams and Gigi Perez, continuing the group’s recent run of high-profile musical partnerships.

The group recently headlined London’s BST Hyde Park before hitting additional European dates at Marlay Park in Dublin, Rock in Roma in Rome, and the Waldbühne amphitheater in Berlin before they return to launch the secondary phase of their North American stadium circuit starting July 31, which includes three consecutive sold-out performances at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
